Prema Racing press office release

PREMA Racing heads to Monza this weekend with eight drivers for the season finale of the E4 Championship, including two new additions to the line-up, as Vicky Farfus and Filippo Sala join the team for Monza.

The third and final round of the 2026 E4 Championship takes place at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza from 9 - 11 October, following the opening rounds at Vallelunga on 5 July and Le Castellet on 19 July.

Vicky Farfus

Vicky Farfus started racing in March 2023, after first trying karting at the age of 11, and has been racing in Iron Dames colours since 2024. Last year, she became the first female driver to finish in the top five of an FIA Karting World Cup race. Farfus moved into cars this season in the Ginetta Junior Championship.

Last month, she was fastest overall at F1 Academy’s 2026 Rookie Test at the Circuito de Navarra, posting a 1:46.988 in the morning session.

Filippo Sala

Sala, 15, from Trento, has been a member of the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy since April 2025. He makes his single-seater debut at Monza and will also contest the Italian F4 season finale at the end of October. A world Easykart champion in 2020, he has also won the Trofeo delle Industrie twice, in 2022 and 2024, and won the OK class at a WSK round at Sarno in 2025.

Stephen Mitas - Team Principal & CEO

"Monza is always a special weekend, and a fitting place to finish the E4 season. We're pleased to welcome Filippo and Vicky to the team for the occasion. Both bring strong karting backgrounds and will be learning quickly in a competitive field, and we'll give them every support. Alongside them, our returning drivers will be looking to finish the E4 season on a high, and we're looking forward to a positive weekend."
